1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SCALV, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our vulnerability scanning tools are provided for authorized testing purposes only.
2. Authorized Use
You agree to only scan web applications, APIs, and infrastructure that you either own or have explicit, documented permission to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party assets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our scanning engines. SCALV is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or delayed reports.
4. Liability Limits
SCALV is an automated assessment tool. It does not replace comprehensive manual penetration testing. We are not liable for any undiscovered vulnerabilities, security breaches, or data loss occurring on your scanned targets.
