2. Use of Information
Your data is used strictly to execute security assessments, deliver reports, and process billing. We do not sell your personal data or scan results to unauthorized third parties.
3. Scan Data Retention
Vulnerability reports and scan logs are retained securely to allow you to track remediation progress over time. You may request account deletion, which will permanently purge all associated scan data from our active databases.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Residency
Our primary production systems are hosted in Singapore (APAC). We process account, billing, and scan metadata in this region unless a specific legal or operational requirement mandates otherwise.
