Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active at its current tier until the end of your prepaid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

As SCALV is a digital service providing immediate access to computational resources and reports, we generally do not offer refunds for scans already executed or partial subscription periods.

3. Exceptions (Technical Failures)

If our scanning engines completely fail to execute a scan due to an internal system error, or if you were incorrectly billed multiple times for a single transaction, please contact our support team. We will review the logs and issue a prorated or full refund where applicable.

4. Contacting Support

To submit a refund request for a technical failure or billing discrepancy, please email our billing department at [email protected] with your Account ID and the relevant Transaction ID.
